deleted tracks and playlists

Hello All

i stupidly deleted all my tracks and subsequently my playlists from recordbox. i had moved a few tracks in file explorer , used find missing tracks in record box then told it to delete missing tracks... what i didnt notice was that i did not have my external drive plugged in so it couldnt find any of my tracks , so all where deleted.. 

i do have a back up in lexicon, but from 2  weeks ago i have called this up but all the tracks have to be re analysed and a few playlists i created were not included...

I read recordbox does an auto backup, would this contain the missing info ? and how would i go about restoring it please..
