DDJ400 Headphone low sound issues.

I have had some issues with the volume output coming to my headphones through my DDJ400. The sound increases from the level dial at 7oclock position to about the 9oclock position, but then anything past that doesnt further increase my headphone volume. The headphone mix - level section in rekordbox is also greyed out so I'm not able to adjust anything on that end either. Any help is appreciated.

( I cant hear my headphone cue over the sound of my main output speakers)
I have tried pretty much every variation of sound output in the output channels section so I dont think the issue is there.
