DJM-900 NXS Midi Map for Traktor Scratch Pro 2
I enclosed a picture on how I currently have my DJM-900 midi mapped into traktor. I have a couple unsued knobs that I will be adding in new combo filters for each deck. I might change the current knobs to only effect the "Focus Deck" since that will free up realestate for more combo filters. Might also add in a track selection and mounting knob and button that will place the current selected track into the focus deck you have selected. Hopefully you guys will give me ideas or advice on what would be usefull to map and what filter combos you use so I can add them to my set up.
p.s. I will be adding the .tsi here if i can or post a link at djtechtools and Traktor forums.

Yeah that's the vid that made me want to do it. I added some stuff from yours. cue points for cue point juggleing, chained effects, track start stop sync cueing. Thanks for the vid again. lol look at your comment i was the guy asking if you could post how you did it, ended up researching it myself. but ur vid motivated me to do it.

I think u guys can help me...
I`m thinking about buying the DJM-900 to use it with my traktor 2 and map it so i can use the fader start buttons to play + sync the songs and the link cue button to open my library and use one of the mic knobs to scroll up and down and then use the same fader start buttons to load a song into that deck keeping the cue buttons to use as normal with the headphones and the knobs for the eq for each channel and effects. Is that possible to do? Can u guys help me on how to do it? Thanks a lot

Yep all that is possible. For midi help I will suggest you head to www.djtechtools.com and hit the forums up. I am thier and help with midi mapping on djm900nxs and apc40.

hi guys i have a quick question. are u able to use the effects from the pioneer mixer as effects inside of traktor? would love to know before i purchase this thanks!

Yes you can use the DJM900NXS effects with the Traktor effects. Like the sound will be processed first from Traktor then outputted to the DJM900NXs souncard then effects will be applied. If you recording your mix session both effects will be recorded. Enjoy! I am still enjoying my DJM900NXS nearly 1 year later. =)
