I did everything that was said in the manual, and i'm still have calibration issues. When i plug into the nexus straight from my turntables it doesn't work even when i switch to usb mode, here's my setup

No, they're going to leave it buggy. :p
Yes they're working on it but we don't have an expected release date yet.

So I have been having the same issues found the FIX what you want to do is
1st................ have both cd's or records playing on track 2 while tarktor is closed
2nd............... make sure the nexus utility is opened
3rd.................Start traktor and boom both decks should automatically calibrate
Please let me know if this works for you.............
