DJM 900 Nexus update problem

I have problems to complete the update process. I have connected to the DJM 900 mixer to my Macbook Pro, andsee that everything is connected. When I try to run the update file it will not start. The program is only to "jump" on the dock and nothing happens.

I have followed the instructions, and mixes are in update position.

Any tips?

try downloading the updating tool again and check that it has a size of 3,6 MB this happened to me when trying to update djm the first time

I´ve tried that .. It didnt work :( The file is 3.3 MB, and the update file is about 12.2 MB.

Hello, I have the same problem, I have a macbook pro and not able to update to firmware 1.2 by I can not set the "Adjust setting network" I never connected,always light yellow ... help please. Thank you.

I follow the instructions as described.

Connecting a Macbook Pro directly into the DJM 900 Nexus LINK input after it is set in the "Update mode".

The screen displays UPDATE Ver 1.10.

Is the settings on the Mac that is connected and has a 169.xxx.xx.x address. When I try to press the update (DJM-900nexus_v120) it stands only to jump up and down on the dock. Nothing happens :(

I do the same.

Directly connect the mixer to macbook pro using the LAN cable, but never quite connect ... nothing happens ... as well as show in the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zU527ar3OYY

Try moving the LAN connection above the airport connection (drag-and-drop) and disable the airport while you are attempting the connection. Remember that a yellow connection may still work!

also try to do that. the video is that my connection is yellow, but the file:DJM-900nexus_v120 (12 Megs) never starts ....

I've got the same problem. I don't get a Ethernet connection to my djm900.
All connected, as it is describe.
I use macOS Sierra.
It shows me that is a connection nur only with a yellow light and the updater doesn't work.
On my djm900 is v1.31 and i want to update on v1.32.

Do you have any tips for me?

Now it works. I disable all other connections including WLAN. Now i updated to v1.32 :)
