DJM 2000 FIRMWARE UPDATE -status

Dear Mods,

I'm sorry in advance that I have to post this but I have bitten my nails so long now that there is none left. 

Can you PLEASE look in to the FW again and get some sort of update?  PLEASE guys,  policy, no policy, I paid a fortune for this mixer; it's only my right to know when the broken features will be fixed again...PLEASE.
