DJM 2000 Send/return

Hi Pioneer!

I have a question.

I cant get my head around what the send/return does on the DJM 2000 with the RMX 1000.

What is the benefit of using this and what does it actually do. I know that the mixer sends a signal to the input of the RMX1000, but what does the RMX do when it sends it back to the mixer?

As it already says , the RMX takes the signal , Applies it's effects to it and sends (Returns) it to the mixer.

oliver, it allows you to choose which channel you 'send' to the fx unit - 1,2,3,4 or master. without a send/return on a mixer you can only use it on the master output (insert effect).
