Recording with Logic from DJM 900 NXS

Easy, select record out  on the dim software pop up to outputs  1/2,select the mixer in Logic's settings for source under preferences and select input on the channel you wish to record from within Logic to show the signal routing and away you go. Have you followed these steps yet?
