I just recently purchased the rmx1000 i installed all firmware and drivers and currently running 2.1.0.
when trying to use my rmx1000 controller, logic does not respond when pushing or turning and buttons. it only works as a plugin when i controll it within logic without the hardware.
I also have tried syncing it through the remix box standalone application and diagnosing it through there.
can anyone please help me? i have to get this to work soon. I am running snow leopard and logic pro 9

Sounds like you might need to update the firmware, but you say you've already done that. Could you verify that the update took place? Instructions are in the manual. The other thing you could check would be that the computer is receiving MIDI signal from the RMX; try MIDI Monitor.
