CDJ-1000MK3 Hot Cue Issue

I am having a issue with the hot cue's on my CDJ-1000MK3

first i record the hot cue, then when i launch them if the track is playing it works fine.

but when the track is stopped and i launch the hot cue buttons they cue to the point and don't start

it will only happen on vinyl mode, on cd mode the hot cue's launch whether the track is playing or not

as this is happening to both CDJ's i dont know if there is a button to hold down or something easy

any thoughts??

If you're in Vinyl mode, do the decks play -- never mind the hot cues?

They work fine, Play/pause and cue all work as they should

Reason I'm asking was to see if the platter switches were working properly.

I don't recall if that was the spec for them to play and stop if the track was stopped or if they would play and continue... I never had a MK3 so I can't verify. Perhaps another user could chime in?

It's the same to me , Spinning on a DJM-800 and CDJ-1000MK3 Firmware 2.10
