Help Using it, Changing Settings, and videos to watch

First off let me say I was excited to use this on my mac computer.  The probelem is every time I load ANY music the thing crashes so I havent had the chance to mess around with it yet.  Yes I have followed every single step to try to fix it (troubleshooting on the site).  It still doesnt work.  So here is my first Question If I load it on my Windows Vista PC and get it to work when pioneer fixes the problem so I can use it on my mac will I have to re do all my settings, Cues, Loops etc or can I just load the software at that point and keep going like it worked this whole time? I watched this video by Pulse http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7vSB6izc6jc to get a quick tutorial aboutthe setting and stuff. He recomands changing a few settings but it doesnt look the same since there has been a few updates.  What settings should I change in genral for best proformance (watch the video half way to see what I am talking about).  In the video he saves the points in the hot cue bank and then again in the memory bank.  What is the benift of doing this?  What is the memory bank used for?  I have CDJ 2000 and Rekordbox looks just like it does on my CDJ but looks more acurate since you can really see what is going on.  Other then Cue and Loops what can you do on it?  Is there any cool tips or tricks someone can give me?  If anyone has any good videos on how to use this please let me know.

@Brady > A whole host of new videos will be produced with the 1.6 release; we've decided to hold off on creating anything now as the pending update will make the old ones a bit useless.

The best thing you can do is play and practice.  The settings you should change are fairly minimal; I recommend adding the extra categories for display and sort, but apart from that, you don't need to tinker too much.

The memory cues / hot cues are simply there for demo purpose, you don't need to save the same cue to both.

As for crashing with music imports, I would suggest you check your MP3s and delete the database.  If you've followed all the steps and are still having problems with it, copy/paste the bottom bit from that thread and fill it with your info and I'll see how we can help.
