Problem with downloading version 1.5.1 of rekordbox

I am trying to download the latest Windows version of rekordbox - version 1.5.1 - but nothing is happening when I try and download it. It goes to the "Getting File Information" little pop-up screen which normally shows estimated time left and it doesn't even state how long the file will take to load.

Can anyone explain why this is please? Pulse?
