No, thats not correct. You can export the rekordbox data from the desktop version to mobile App and everything will be preserved.

I can't export my Hot Cue Bank Lists to the RB app on my iPhone. Is that correct?

According to engineers, this is normal specification. The Hot Cue Bank List is not supposed to be exported from the PC version of rekordbox to the mobile version. Sorry!
