2.03 cant rearrange tracks in playlist~?
Maby im doing something wrong or something has changed, but i used to be able to create a playlist and then drag and drop the tracks into whatever order i needed too, now after the update i cant seem to rearrange them, can someone else check this and post back, thanks.

You still can, just need to select the "#" column at first.
There is also the possibility to right click on any column and select "Renumber track order". For this option to be visible, the column on which you right click needs to be selected.

I need to manually rearrange my tracks in a custom fashion that makes sense to me, not by genre, artist or album, etc.
It's still not working for me even after renumbering track order.
I'm using RB 4.3.0
