I want to ask whether the delay on microphone output about 0.33 sec, as well
as in case of connecting an external device is a fault that can be removed
in service office or is it necessary to exchange the whole controller?
there is the same problem in case of non precise and sometimes too
sensitive gains and aqializer. in spite of delicate changes there is a
considerable decrease or increase of audible values.
I don't belive this is pioneer??? I don't think so -tragedy!!! Pioneer never again!!!

Do not forget 80% of all problems is sitting in front of the screen. You have to set up the ASIO cpl on your system. Whether on Windows or Mac, the delay is usually less than 10ms.
and of couse - PIONEER FTW !
@pabloturn What's the specification of your laptop? Is it windows or Mac, CPU, RAM etc. If you're using Windows try to run DPC Latency Checker http://www.thesycon.de/eng/latency_check.shtml to see if you're system has a low latency.
There's also a lot of information in the Native-Instruments forum about tweaking your Mac or PC for best performance.
I think your problem is computer related...
i don't change any set up after instaltion. My mac is 2,2ghz dual 4mb ram. Every friends plug and play without simlary problems.
one more -plug and play: many friends use traktor, denon and one man reloop. I try install software on windows have same problem. And one more very important music play in the same time only microphone and other external device later than decks in traktor (pioneer).

Setup same like after instalation. I use Apple MacBook 13 A1181, Intel Core 2 duo 2.0Ghz (speed 800mHz) Ram 4gb. External device sometimes when i need speek more with effects (disco house party) is mixer pioneer 600. Over there littel bit better but still no good mickrophone.
News from service: Controler is ok but failed software. I must waiting for upgrade.
