Not able to monitor With my headphones.

Hi I just bought my ddj t1 and I am not able to monitor using my headphones. I can only hear music through my headphones when i turn up the volume on my channel. This makes it impoosible for me to beatmatch. What settings do i have to do in traktor 2 to make it possible for me to monitor with my headphones?

In the setup menu look for audio out monitor and set it for ddj t1 phones

I have done that and still having no luck fixing the issue.

What is your sound card set to? Is your cue mix set to master or cue? You can run the setup wizard again and set it up that way. Do u have audio thru your master. Out?

Im not sure about my sound card, on the controler the dial is on mix and set up wizard didnt work when everything was set to default still the same problem. and yes i do have my audio for my master and it is out

Well not necessarily default. Internal mixing and ddj controller. I don't want to sound rude but make sure cue light is on the respective chanel and the cue mix is set full cue and the cue volume is turned all the way up. Careful not to blow ear drum. Check all audio settings. It sounds as if the audio is set due to having sound from master. Really it should be quite simple .

its all setup inside of tractor preferences. mixing is internal. and the monitor out should be set to secondary output for the ddj-t1
