[SOLVED] need help! problem with left jog wheel

Hello dj's i need help with my ddjsx, the left jog wheel suddenly stop working on vinyl mode.

is there any calibration to the jog wheel ?

sensitive adjust to the max and same thing not working but bend work ok, right jog wheel work perfect.

tomorrow's gig is not good i called the repair center and told me it will take 3 weeks to get fix.

pioneer product is not dependable anymore and i just sold my cdj 2000 nexus bec of freezing problem now this problem. thank god there VDJ to the rescue. but this suck!!!

Are you sure the mapping is correct etc?

My unit is already in the shop last 10 days but i took it back just now because, in SF repair center it took them 10 days without checking my ddsx. i will bring it to another shop tomorrow i can't wait that long they told me another 2 to 3 weeks after 10 days. hopefully i get it sooner.

BTW jog wheel problem happened after a month of using it . most likely hardware.

also i used the ddjsx in my gig last month even jog wheel issue but it ROCK THE PARTY !!! no problem.

Any update when the DDJSX will be available in stock in any store ? I'm planning to get another one for backup.

Gavin you're right they so good thats why they're too busy, they told me they service too many clubs. i just cant wait that long and i think this is a easy fix.

SF Pioneer warranty repair shop (Pro Audio Repair) I had my unit sit there at least 3 weeks without them touching it. How do I know they told me. I then called Pioneer to lite a fire, got back about 7 days or so later and of course repair unsuccessful. You walk in the shop two feet and you are knee deep in equiptment. FYI

I fix my ddjsx myself just open the unit and leave it open for 5 min then close it. try it first.

Hello everyone.. i have the same problem.. in vynil mode one the left jog wheel not response.. but the bend works ok... the right jog whele work fine... what i can do to fix this problem... djai

hi all I also have a Problem with the left jog wheel !!! if i turn the sensitivity up the tune stops !!!

Now what could cause this ? my SX is 1 moth old !!! not impressed

@Djaj > Opening the unit voids the warranty so its bad advice and not a 'fix'.
