I can not record sound from microphone in sx ddj

I need to record sound from microphone in ddj-sx by serato, but the program does not recognize the microphone signal to be recorded. The microphone plays normal in boxes but not out in the recording made by serato. can help me?

That's a limitation of the hardware / software combination, sorry.

You need to use another program or a recorder to record the microphone. Try Audacity to record the master out from the sx.

But how can a parent with tanots resources and a simple thing like that is not possible? This is a limitation of Serato or ddj-sx? In future versions of serato that is being corrected? I'm sorry for that, bought the parent thinking this feature.

If I understand your question, it's a sw limitation that I believe will be taken care of as time goes forward. It was available with Itch and from what I have seen and heard, should eventually be there in DJ as well but don't know that for sure. If you're on Serato forums you can make requests for sw updates, I would simply voice that you would like this feature. The more they hear it is wanted the better the chance are that it will be brought out...
