DDJ-SB stops working

Hello, I am from Venezuela, buy a ddj-sb 3 weeks ago and am submitting the following fault with the controller. I use with Serato dj comienta work well then shortly after stops working, the audio continues playing but ddj-sb stops working. I disconnected the laptop then connect and it works fine, but after a short time again stop working, the 1.05 Firmware was updated. I hope you can help me I'm worried.

Are you possibly using a wireless mouse?

do not use a wireless mouse! I just plug my laptop with wired USB mouse, portable hard drive and DDJ-SB

What kind of laptop are you using / what operating system is it running?

Have you checked that you're using the latest drivers?

Same problem there with pioneer ddj sb2 on any pc with windows 10

its the same issue i had

replaced usb

replaced the firmware were to 1.06

same issue, controller is defective
