CDJ IS ONLY SHOWING PIONEER SPLASH SCREEN

Help, just bought a couple of these cdj 900 and the warranty just ran out. turned the unit on and it only shows the pioneer splash screen flashing during startup......and not doing anything else. any suggestions?

try and flash it with the latest update

that is the first thing i tried. pressing usb and reloop while powering up but the usual message didnt appear, just stays on that pioneer logo.

@Jonas > You just bought them second hand then? Was it your first time turning them on and the splash screen does not disappear or had you been using them with a while?

no I bought them brand new a year and a half ago. and it worked find the whole time, updated firmware everytime an update came out. and two days ago, turn it on and it just shows the splash screen. please help.

If it didn't occur as a result of a firmware update, you may need to contact Pioneer technical support - links are located at the top right of every page.
