Can anybody please tell me or upload a video on how to set this up through both CDJ's and the mixer?
I'm aiming for the sound to come out of the monitors connected to my mixer, I just want to select the tracks from Traktor......

@Gareth > Connect your two CDJs to your mixer via the audio cables. Then connect the CDJs to your computer with standard male A to B USB cables. This is, essentially, all that is required to set everything up. The rest requires changing some settings on your computer. Are you Mac or PC?

@Gareth > You need to create an aggregate device for the CDJs on your Mac. You can download the CDJ Aggregator here: http://www.pioneer.eu/uk/support/software/CDJ-900/index.html - this allows you to use two sound cards with your computer.
