CDJ2000nxs Traktor HID, hot cues

Hello,

Purchased a pair of 2000nxs yesterday and have a query I'm hoping you can help with. Now, I'm still very early in the set-up phase as you can appreciate, so I may have missed a thing or two in the rush to get them connected with Traktor.

Hot cue behaviour seems strange. If I hit cue A on the decks, this registers as hot cue 2 in Traktor and not 1.

Any suggestions on why this happens?

In my experience hc 1 is effectively the beatgrid in traktor

Only if "Store beatmarker as hot cue is set" in Traktor prefs.

But, even so, one would assume that hot cues 1, 2, and 3 in Traktor would correlate to cues A, B and C respectively on the decks.

I changed the entries in the TSI myself so this is no longer an open query.
