CDJ-2000nxs - the hotcue does not automatically load, why?

The hotcue not load automatically whenever I select a track with.

Whether usb hdd with rekordbox files or link with a PC and rekordbox.

Sometimes hotcues automatically load sometimes no?

How to select ALL tracks for automatic loading?

Or do I have to check one by one?

pc right? click on a track and the hold CTRL and hit A, this will select all trhe trcks, then open the info pane on the left and you will see a hot cue option to check or uncheck which will set for all the tracks selected
