[SOLVED] CDJ 350 audio not working!!

I recently bought the Pioneer 350 series bundle and one of the CDJ's doesnt play any sound at all through the mixer. only when i turn the master volume, the headphone volume and the trim all the way up does it give off a faint sounds of the track being played.

how can i fix this??

Try turning the volume up in the "Mixer" built into your operating system.

@Iachy > Do you still have this problem? Are you sure the input selector is set to Line rather than Phono and that you have the cables connected to the correct inputs?

hey gavin,

yes it is still happening, i have tried changing the input selectors, and the cabl;es are connected correctly,

it may have something to do with inside the actual CDJ.

please get back to me fast!

@lachy > Can you try swapping one CDJ with the other, leaving everything else (cables etc) in their original positions? If the unit it still defective, I would advise you to return the unit under warranty to be repaired.
