[SOLVED] active loop didn't work ?

hi guys, hopefully someone can help.

I created and active loop in record box and save my playlist to my usb. then loaded the track into the cdj2000 nexus and when it got to the active loop it just didn't loop and continued on. the loop was there as you could load it in but it didn't loop automatically.

any reason , am I not doing something that I should be ?

sods law, I think I worked it out, I thought it was active as it said active in rb but I had to press active which I don't think I did.....
