Xdj-r1 1.09 loop issues

After update to 1.09 I've started to have loop issues. I only use rekordBox analyzed tracks. When I hit the loop button to 8beats and then I try to change to 4beats the track gets out of rhythm, I mean it doesn't stays synchronized. 

It do not happens all the time, but most of the times. I would say 90% everytime I try to change the loop.
