Will the link feature on a xdj-1000 connect with my xdj rx system ?

Yes, you certainly can link them to share the source, but here's the problem ... you'll need to connect that audio output to something ... your RX? If you do that, you lose one of the channels on the RX itself, making the XDJ-1000 an expensive replacement for one side of the RX itself.
