every time I upgrade I have issues, why do Pioneer do this, now they say its a trial version???? what so I need to purchase a further licence.
now how to get back my previous version

Hi
I've got a new computer and did install Rekordbox 4.0.5.
When I try to activate my license from my account I got a fail. It looks like, my license is to long, well one letter to much.
Any suggestions? :)

For upgrades it shouldn't need to verify, but if you're going to a whole new computer then yes. Make sure you deactivate the old computer first before moving on to a new one.
I'll also mention the issue.
But the old computer died, and I cannot access it anymore. What to do?
