フォローするDDJ-SR sent in for repair.
Hello, I shipped my Pioneer DDJ-SR off about 3 weeks ago. I myself, took it to ups and had the label put on. The staff said my SR was still under manufacture warranty so it was shipped to California. It has been 3 weeks, I have not received an email, I have not received a call, I also have not received my DDJ-SR. It has been an ongoing battle between Guitar Centers "Pro Coverage" and also waiting for this label to be MAILED TO ME when only a week after waiting and no label. I took upon myself to reach out to see what on Earth was going on with this label. Turns out, guy emailed it to me in 5 minutes. After the label was MAILED. I would just like some clarity I have been trying to repair this item for nearly 3 months now.
