CDJ-r1 Freeze

I was playing a t a club last night with my CDJ-R1.

I was playing a cd on the left deck, and was going throw my IPAD to select the next track to the right deck. AS soons as I pressed the icon on the IPAD to load the song to the right deck, the unit frose, and a loud horn sound come out of the speackers, and the music was no longer playing.

~I had to shut down the unit on the power/standby button and re-start it again.

Everything went smooth from that time on, and I did select the same mp3, and played it without any problem.

This, and all my mp3 where gonne throw Rekordbox 2.11, and I did update the CDJ-R1 to the new firmware (1.06) that was released just last week.

This has happned to me once 3 weeks ago, with the same horn sound and the unit freezing.

I was hopping the new firmware did bring more stability to the system, but I am guessing it didn't.

I am not able to replicate the problem.. Anyone happeneed the same, or can it just be a faulty unit? If it is falty, it will be hard to send it back, as the problem dosen't happen when we want it!!
