After updating the firmware 1.10 to 1.12 my XDJ-r1 does not work the USB port to the computer. The windows recognizes as unknown device, I can not use as controller. What should I do?
@Renan > The MIDI mapping file for Traktor is available from the product page and VirtualDJ 7.x and newer should automatically detect when the R1 is connected and provide mappings for you. If they aren't working or require additional changes, you'll need to make those changes yourself.
@Paulo > You should uninstall and reinstall the drivers, then connect the USB to the computer on a new port.

bom dia Paulo, cara estou com problemas também, comprei xdj r1 faz 2 semanas e ela está na versão 1.09 estou com medo de atualizar....não consigo de jeito alguma mapear nem no traktor nem virtual dj
e ninguém dá o devido suporte....
pioneer, done that on three other computers and none the XDJ was recognized, getting only as unknown device. I'm not speak english, sorry
This thing is the biggest piece of shit! Shame on you Pioneer for stealing hardworking ppl's money and not issuing a mass recall.
