Unexpected Application Error for Rekordbox

Dear Pioneer Software Engineers,

When I start up my Rekordbox 4.0.2 I immediately get a messages that says: unexpected application error. Then my Rekordbox just shuts itself down. Now I can't use Rekordbox anymore. I tried to delete and reinstall it twice now but it did not work. What can I do?

Would you send us the crash log file?
Send the file by making an inquiry at https://rekordbox.com/en/support/inquiry.php or using dropbox or other service.

i have this error too.

It's very cool from PIONEER....30 days free for PERFORMANCE mode trial, but not work...
