have you tried using a different USB device?? if a different USB drive works good then I think you'll have your answer.

XDJ RX USB Dropouts
Last night my first gig with my XDJ RX I was getting intermittent dropouts from the usb drive triggering an emergency loop. I'd have to swap my USB drive into the other port, reload and then continue. Is it my USB drive or the unit?

Yeah try re formatting and exporting the library, can't see it being the unit
