last time i had trouble with different zoom levels i pressed the "RST" button between the plus and minus button. After that it was fine.

Waveforms different zoom levels
In 4.0.3 and 4.0.4 on my Windows 10 laptop, my Deck 3 waveform was zoomed in 1 level more than the other 3 decks.
I was able to fix it by zooming all the way out until they lined up again, but this was completely by accident and might affect other users.

It's always adjustable by using the -/+ and can set itself to be in or out to much for personal wants.
