@Pieter > I believe the RX is doing this as a result of users complaining about the way the echo effect worked on the mixers.
Hi
When selecting the delay effect on a djm 850 (and any other djm as far I know) you have the ability to repeat a 1/2 beat with the level/depth knob turned all the way to max and by then tapping the effect's on/off button.
On the xdj rx I'm not able to get this to work. Instead I have to repeat the 1/2 beat by constantly turning the level / depth knob from min to max, which wears out the knob pretty fast.
Is there a way you could implement this feature (tapping the effect's on/off button for a 1/2 repeat) in the next firmware?
Thanks!
Pieter

What's wrong with the echo effect on the mixers? I've been using this since the djm 500. It's been perfect all along.
Actually, there's less delay using the button to create the delay effect than by using the knob, resulting in a smoother, cleaner result. Do I make any sense? lol...
I really do wish Pioneer could apply the way the effects work on the mixers to the RX. Not being able to use the button to create the desired effect is a major letdown for me.
Greetz!
