Faulty S-DJ05 Speaker - Cuts out Instantly

Hi forum people,

Hoping someone a little more technical than me might have a good idea what the issue with this is. One my two S-DJ05 active speakers is not remotely usable. It has the standby light, so power is definitely coming into the circuit, but when you click the power button either on the remote or on the back of the cabinet itself the speaker makes a click on then straight off. They have barely been used if I am honest and not pushed so I am a bit surprised that it has failed.

Anyone got any good ideas what to check, or is there a service manual that might help someone with a bit more knowledge?

Could be the protection is coming on due to an internal fault or short. Please contact Pioneer technical support to get more information and assistance.

The UK technical support line is telephone only. Do you have an email address or contact form for them?

Issue with the phone is that I work all the hours the line is open for calls.
