Not sure how this happened. You could just manually delete the files from the USB drive. But you run the risk of deleting the wrong one. My advice would be to reformat the drive and re-export the files.

USB Shows a tracks folder which has tracks that I can't delete
How do I delete tracks from the "tracks" folder on my USB, I think these are duplicated tracks, as I have 2 versions of the same track on my USB but only 1 plays.

Hi, I can't find the files on the USB drive to delete, could they be hidden? Also it won't let me delete the track that does not play from the tracks folder in rekordbox when the USB is plugged in?

Again, my advice is to reformat the drive and re-export the files.
