PLATTER od DDJ SZ is not fully responsive.

I just bought this controller used.

Can I fix this myself or does this need a chip or repair???

Make sure the firmware is up to date and if so and nothing changes, try tech support.

Yes my firmware is up-to-date. I hear that it's something in the trip. Something that's been happening for a while not every player has this problem
