Sorry, but warranty coverage is only provided in the country where the product is purchased. You would have to send the headphones back to Germany for repair. Their contact information can be found here.

I got the brand new HDJ C70 six last September, I have replaced the cable for the coiled one after two months because it fits me better, and after normal usage, suddenly the signal in the right cup started to disappear from time to time... now i returned the straight one, but still no signal. nothing is broken on the headphones, and they are in warranty, both cables seem to be looking fine (not damaged).
The headphones were bought in Berlin, but i live in Serbia and i can't find local Pioneer website for technical support.
Please get back to me as soon as possible, as I am using my headphones on daily bases and need to repair this.
