Djm s9 crossfader trouble

been using the s9 for 3 months now and just had something real weird happening

The crossfader would drop all volumes right in the middle and then pass that point the volume would come back

i had to restart it to fix it.

Any suggestions on why this would happen.My Dj was playing real vinyl at the time

Happened to me last night for the first time too. Was also happening with the Upfaders.

Today I updated the firmware to 1.06 - did a quick test and the issue wasnt there. Hopefully it stays gone.

Same thing happened to me. fader wasnt working and in the middle it cut out a bit. i had to dj with the upfaders this is unacceptable. very disappointed. also went away after turning mixer on and off during a gig. another mixer crash was the hot cue roll slicer buttons not working as if the mixer froze or crashed. please give us some info.. or do we need to receive new mixers?

I updated firmware and that fixed it for me.

Following-up on an old post; did the firmware updates fix your issues or did you have to replace the fader?
