With this update fonction loop look like not fonctionnel with me after many restart software nothing,working only in Export mode. cant click to change loop or active loop with mouse computer.
@Fazer > Do you currently have hardware connected? The auto-loop size buttons disappear if you have a controller connected to rekordbox. If you want to create a loop manually, mouse-over to the right side of the LOOP button and you'll see a drop-down triangle appear; click it and you can change to MANUAL LOOP mode.

I have this problem. Even with no hardware connected I do not see a drop down to select manual loop?
@Sam > Hover your mouse just to the right of the loop beat number and you should see that triangle appear.
No triangle, clicking on the number doesn't activate a loop either so I am stuck without loops in performance mode.
Sorry but the triangle doesnt appear for me with your method,
I'm trying to figure out exactly how you have things configured that it's not allowing you to change the loop size when you have no hardware connected. Can you please provide a full screenshot of the entire rekordbox window as well as the Audio page from the preferences?
