problems with xdj and rekordbox

Hello pioneer community, I have the XDJ 1000 by pioneer and I want my laptop Windows will link, but somehow did not succeed, he says the E-8302 code number can not play code C630 can you help me with this . greetz Peter hoekman.

@Peter > Please read the rekordbox read-me article first and try the fixes within. If nothing there resolves your issue, please reply back to this question with the information requested at the bottom of that article.
