XDJ-RX Effects & Filter not working in performance mode

Other people are having the exact same issue. Pioneer is really dropping the ball responding. Try wasting hours uninstalling and reinstalling your rekordbox and driver software..it's fun, it might work or maybe not...thanks pioneer

@Jim > Sorry for the delay.  All of the moderators of this forum are real-life, working DJs.  We have gigs on the weekends thus not very active on the forum at that time.  Furthermore, the instructions listed above were available before I posted them and easily could have been found with a simple search.

I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out where the filter & FX issue is addressed? (Not being sarcastic in any way) ...just trying to figure out how this relates to it, or if the underlining issue deals with re-mapping? HID mode is the cause of those functions not working? The videos are great & have answered the initial HID mode questions that a lot of us had though.

@mark, Don't know if you actually read my post but I fully uninstalled rekordbox dj and xdj-rx driver, reinstalled using the "simple search" video and the mixer effects and sound color fx ARE NOT WORKING. I'm using a PC windows 7. Running the latest redkordbox dj and xdj-rx firmware 2.0 I'm not using a mac so it should be plug and play but it's not and a ton of fun. I think rekordbox dj needs more beta testing before being released. I never had these issues with my ddj-sx and serato. If you can actually come up with a real solution to this problem please let us know. Instead of linking a "how to install rekordbox video" using "a simple search".

The CFX buttons on the XDJ-RX are not currently working to select effects in rekordbox; this is a known issue and will be addressed in a coming update. You CAN still use these effects by engaging them with your mouse then using the knob on the RX to control the parameter.

@Jim > Can you provide a bit more information on what exactly is not working for you? I've tested an XDJ-RX running firmware 2.0 on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 and have no issues with the latest version of rekordbox other than the aforementioned CFX issue.

Pulse: Are you saying the "hardware" effects are not working so essentially we are using software effects now because of HID mode? when you say a coming update do you mean "firmware update"? 

@pulse, thanks for the info. The sound color effects and the 8 different mixer effects are not working on the rx when connected to rekordbox. When I try to activate any of these buttons on the rx nothing happens. This is only when connected to rekordbox, so I assumed it was a software issue with the rx and rekordbox. Everything else seems to be working 100%. I think you solved my issue. Many thanks!

I have the same problem too. When i try to activate any of the sound color fx buttons no led flashing and nothing happend when i use rekordbox performance mode.
