I bought a HDJ c-70 in the US about 10 months ago and brought it to brazil with me.
A few weeks ago i took the headphone off my head and the fragile plastic headband just snapped into two pieces.
Tired of trying to get any answer from pioneer support i just fixed the headband myself with a black tape, tapping the two pieces together. Of course looked terrible but at least was working (by working i mean that was usable).
Then, for my surprise, yesterday i took the headphone of my head while playing in a gig and again ... pah!! snapped in another part of the headband.
From the posts i've been reading in some foruns it seems that A LOT OF PEOPLE have had the same issue. It seems like in all the cases it is such a surprise since people are not doing anything extreme with the headphone ... i mean, it was suppose to be resistant to those kind of moves ...
I would like a position from pioneer since i can't use my headphone right now (i won't glue it again) ...
What sould I do ? Please help me ...
Sincerely,
I've taped it together for now ... and look terrrible!
