I believe this only works correctly if you are actively playing the track. Do you get the same results when hitting the Hot cue button while the track is not playing?

4.1.2 Hotcue quantize now fixed!
Was brave and tried 4.1.2 (without having a copy of 4.1.1).
Glad to report that the hotcue quantize bug is FIXED. thank you Pioneer DJ for this.
You can now hit a button a millisecond late and it will round down to the nearest beat rather than always jumping to the next beat.

Sadly, it only rounds 'back' when starting from stop. When the track is playing, hitting hot cue rounds up to the next quantized beat. Ahhh :( so close.... Pioneer please please please fix this!
