No sound from headphones xdj RX

Are you playing directly on the device or controlling software?

I'm using only the USB .

And do you have levels showing for both the channel and master on the LED meter?

Yes all levels are in up to the maximum. Really I don't know maybe it's hardwere problem or just the software . My xdj rx is updated to the latest firmware. 2.10 . Do I need to send the unit to servicing and to checked out ?

Before you consider that, we'll make sure it's not just a user-error.

Okay, so you have music playing, your levels are up, you (presumably) have music coming out the master to speakers, yet with headphones connected and pressing one of the headphone cue buttons, there is no audio in the headphones with the mixing knob turned to the middle and the level knob not at -infinity.

Do your headphones work with other devices?

Yes all of you said is correct . And yes my headphones works with my Mac very well .
Iv tried another type of headphones also same thing . No sound throughout the headphones !!!!

No I don't have really .

I purchased a Xdj-Rx2 last week but I can not get any headphone sound from the cue positions for deck 1 and deck 2 but there is sound coming from Master Cue if selected.

Setup with Vdj8 and drivers are illustrated here under:

However, when I select a headphone driver in Vdj8 (Xdj-Rx2 Wasapi or Asio)...things go wrong and I can not use the Rx2 to control the Vdj8 anymore.

Please advise me where I went wrong

Yeah, you need to switch the mixer mode; right now you have all of your software output going to the same audio device channels (1&2).

Which mode are you currently using?

According to Vdj officials the add-on mappers of the Vdj-8.1 for the Pioneer Xdj - Rx2 is as of now only a temporary trial version but i am in the opinion that it works great as far I can observe this and maybe not direct related to the CUE problems in my case?

It seems that my posts are mixed up because this is the first time I use this forum...sorry about that....

Bingo????.....I tried several different settings and finally I got a set of settings which "SEEMS" to be correct for the Xdj-Rx2 working with the Vdj8.1 whereby the Rx2 can operate the software.....One more try before I submit this.............

PERFECT............(Maybe for others very simple but for me no problem to surrender)....The music comes at number 1....

This make me happy like a young boy because it proves again that with this kind of hobby "TRIAL AND ERROR" can teach you a lot...but of course there is much and much more to to before understanding the new hardware/software ..but for me step by step will work and it is always good if you can be backed up by a good forum.

Hi, Im not getting any sound from the headphones, all ready checked that the cue buttons were on and the volume. The firmware is the latest version and drivers were installed

Can you please post some information as to what software you're using and how you have it configured for the outputs?

hi I just bought a rx2 and I installed the driver,firmware,usb connections....

but have no sound from the head phone( done all ).
