Mapping BEND to midi controllers

It would be so good to have BEND available on my X1. Hope it will be implemented some day.

In case you guys are still tracking this, pitch bend mapping is available in rekordbox 4.2.5.

For now, hook up beat jump. The fine adjustment is more than enough to line tracks up.
