Multi Layer - Stacking Samples

It's my understanding that the Toraiz is only 16 note polyphony and it does not allow multi layer samples on the same track. Are the track's midi note numbers user assignable? For example, can track 1 be assigned to C3 and tracks 2,3,4 be assigned to C3 as well? As a drummer using midi drum pads, this would inherently allow me to engineer multi-layer samples via 1 single drum strike on a midi pad assigned to C3.

If the answer is no, "Firmware Request".

Thank you for responding. I'm glad to hear you are passing along recommendations for future firmware updates. I see that you have posted tentative plans for the next update. Keep that communication open. We want to see the Toraiz evolve.
