Have you tried using a different USB port on your MacBook? Or a different computer?

hi im useimg reckordbox dj with xdj-rx pioneer
im using macbook laptop El captian version 10.11.16 core i7 Memory 16gb.
every time my when i play show me usb disconect, but it a new cable, and some time it droput.
