Unsupported WAV files

My WAV. files aren't playing and they're settings seem to be uniform to what is required.

This seems to be happening at random because many others that are uploaded in the very same manner are playing fine.

This is a very irritating phenomenon as it continues to disrupt my work flow..

Answers?

@Mitchell,,I had a similar problem and i used nch switch converter to convert all the wav files to wav uncompressed 44.1khz and that solved my problem,good luck.
